What happens after my trial?
The default trial lasts 7 days and is available for Care or Pro. Without an activated paid subscription, the account returns to Free. No automatic trial charge is created. Ultimate is available as a paid plan or through an eligible promotional code.
Can I use a promotional code?
Yes. Redeem an eligible code in Billing. The code specifies the plan and how many days or calendar months it lasts. You can see when the free period ends; the account returns to Free unless a paid subscription is active. Codes have expiry and usage limits and cannot be stacked.
How do I connect Google for my website?
Go to Integrations, select the website and connect Google. Authorise an account with access to the correct Analytics and Search Console properties, then select them. Platform OAuth setup is shared, while the website connection and property selection belong to your customer workspace. Available data depends on your plan, permissions and Google reporting.
Where do my backups go?
Completed archives are saved in private storage on the VPulse application server, or the durable storage location configured by the operator. They are outside public web folders. The temporary hosting copy is removed only after transfer and verification succeed. A backup request alone is not a completed archive.
Is a full backup everything on my server?
It is a full hosting account archive, including the website, databases, email and supported account settings selected by the panel. It does not include the entire server, its operating system or other accounts. Provider permissions and configuration affect contents. Verify restoration through your hosting panel before relying on a recovery procedure.
Can VPulse scan the website for malware?
Eligible plans can run the hosting account’s ClamAV scanner through supported DirectAdmin or cPanel APIs. It scans files in the selected hosting scope. Your provider must enable ClamAV and allow the relevant API operations. Public security audits are separate and do not constitute a filesystem malware scan.
What happens to data when I change plans?
Current plan permissions apply to both new and historical premium evidence. A downgrade locks restricted sections and shows an upgrade prompt. An upgrade restores access to retained evidence within the new plan’s history window.
Are uptime, audit and Google scores the same?
No. Availability reflects operational checks. Complete Audit scores reflect website quality findings from a completed scan. Google intelligence reflects available traffic, search, engagement and performance evidence. VPulse keeps these distinct so you can investigate the right problem.
Does VPulse fix problems automatically?
VPulse records evidence, recommends targeted actions, sends eligible alerts and supports reporting. It does not automatically repair website code, remove malware or restore hosting accounts. Your team or hosting provider carries out those changes.
